- Manage sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the affordable housing segment.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer acquisition rates, and enhance brand visibility.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in home finance/housing loan products (HL).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role within the affordable housing segment.
- Robust understanding of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channel management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate high-performing teams.
