Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
* Handle RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering & waterproofing works.
* Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural & structural drawings.
* Manage subcontractors, supervisors and labour teams.
* Monitor quality, progress, manpower and material utilization.
* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP and Project Manager.
* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
* Handle site measurements, BBS, material requirements and billing coordination.
* Ensure proper safety practices and timely completion of assigned work.
