Job Summary

We are looking for German Language Content Moderators to join our team in Kolkata and Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong German language proficiency and be comfortable reviewing, understanding and moderating digital content in accordance with defined guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and moderate online/digital content in the German language.
- Evaluate content based on defined policies, guidelines and quality standards.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform policies.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency while reviewing content.
- Maintain required quality and productivity standards.
- Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content professionally.
- Escalate complex or unclear cases to the appropriate team.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all process and information-security requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.




- German language certification is mandatory.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand German fluently.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
- Prior Content Moderation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Social Media Operations, Content Review, BPO/Operations or German-language processes will be preferred.
