- 3-6 years of experience in application support, production support, or technical support.
- Experience supporting Java/Spring Boot microservices deployed on AWS and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with DynamoDB, Azure DevOps, production monitoring, incident management, and report/data extraction is highly desirable.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or other business-critical application environments is an advantage.
