Major responsibilities and technical support activities for EUC role.
- Installing and configuring client computer systems.
- Responding to client IT support requests and providing in office technical support.
- Coordinating with vendors (OEMs) for hardware issues until closure.
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Addressing P1 and P2 ticket issues and offering solutions that meet client needs.
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
- Supporting asset management, project activities, and data center operations.
- Coordinating with other teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintaining strong client relations.
- Tracking work records and compiling job reports.
Preferred Immediate to 15 days joiner
Work Mode: WFO/ 24*7 Shift
Work Location: Mumbai (Malad west), Bangalore (Bellandur)
