Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop strategic business plans for new products, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct techno-commercial evaluations of new technologies and processes to determine feasibility and profitability.
- Provide leadership support to senior management on key projects and initiatives related to product development, pricing strategy, and sales planning.
- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular reporting and presentation preparation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 20-25 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in SBU Management.
- Robust understanding of techno-commercial aspects of drug development process.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
