- Acquire current customers for gold loan products through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly gold loan disbursement and business targets.
- Handle the complete gold loan process, including customer onboarding, documentation, KYC, valuation coordination, and loan processing.
- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, and other applicable charges to customers.
- Coordinate with the branch team and gold appraiser for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Conduct local market visits and identify potential customer segments.
- Ensure proper collection and submission of customer documents as per bank guidelines.
- Follow all KYC, compliance, operational, and risk-management procedures.
- Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate with the concerned team for timely repayment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity reports.
