Role & responsibilities :

- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, government bodies & contractors.
- Identify upcoming projects and drive product specifications, approvals & conversions.
- Promote solutions across concrete admixtures, waterproofing, repair & rehabilitation, flooring & specialty chemicals.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations & site trials.
- Drive product inclusion in BOQs, tender documents & project specifications.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical Services, R&D; & Marketing teams.
- Track project pipeline, approvals, trials and conversions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities & project opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Solid knowledge of construction chemicals/building materials
Good understanding of BOQs, technical specifications & project cycles
Excellent communication, presentation & influencing skills
Strong consultant/architect relationship management
Willingness to travel across assigned territories
