Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura and LWC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement customizations on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data integration between different systems using APIs or other integration tools.
- Develop automated workflows using triggers in Salesforce to improve efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 3.6-6 years of experience in developing Salesforce applications with expertise in Apex, Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules including servicing capabilities.
- Experience working with integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs or other integration tools.
