Job Summary

We're looking for an Agency Solutions Executive to join Snap Inc. Based in Mumbai. As a member of the Sales team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their partners.

What you'll do

- Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key advertisers and their agency partners by helping them achieve performance that exceeds their expectations
- Partner with Client Partner, Creative Strategists and Marketing Science throughout the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, bringing measurable ROI for our clients
- Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)
- Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities
- Serve as the product expert by educating clients and their agencies on Snap's new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations
- Increase adoption and engagement of Snap's self-service platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis

What we're looking for

- Existing and strong relationships with marketing teams, and their media and creative agencies.
- Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
- Proven track record of delivering on sales quota and obtaining positive reviews
- 1-3 years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on brand marketing, ad-tech,



or programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces
- Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
- Strong Excel/Google Docs and PowerPoint/Keynote skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to changes
- Solid presentation and communication skills
- A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad product

Minimum Qualifications

- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Strong Google Sheets/Slides skills, experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership

Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of advertising brand metrics and ecosystem
- Ability to summarize insights and best practices, and share them with partners and customers.
- Experience in managing and enabling advertising sales partners
- Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments
- Background working with both internal and external partners
