Role & responsibilities

* Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management and exit formalities.

* Handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities, ensuring timely fulfilment of regional manpower requirements.

* Act as an HR Business Partner to regional leadership and align HR strategies with business objectives.

* Drive HR operations, employee documentation, regional HR data management and MIS reporting.

* Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and practices across regional branches.

* Ensure compliance with applicable statutory labour laws and state-specific employment regulations.

* Conduct regular HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

* Undertake regular branch visits to strengthen employee connect, understand workforce concerns and provide HR support.

* Manage employee relations, grievance handling and conflict resolution across regional locations.

* Drive employee engagement, retention and various HR initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.

* Partner with business stakeholders to identify HR requirements and implement people management strategies.





* Monitor HR metrics and provide periodic reports and insights to management.

Preferred candidate profile

5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering (HRBP) and Business HR roles.

Strong experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and regional HR operations.

Positive exposure to employee lifecycle management, onboarding, employee engagement and employee relations.

Experience in partnering with regional business leaders and handling multiple branch / location HR responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, statutory compliance and state-specific regulations.

Hands-on experience in grievance handling, employee retention and HR MIS reporting.

Willingness to travel regularly to regional branches for employee connect and HR support.

MBA / PGDM in HR preferred; graduates with rich HRBP / Business HR experience may also be considered.
Candidates from Mumbai / Pune will be considered for the Mumbai role; candidates willing to relocate to Pune may also be considered.
Candidates from Jaipur / Noida will be considered for the Rajasthan role; candidates willing to relocate to Noida may also be considered.
