- We are looking for a highly motivated energetic individual for the role of Innomotics - Senior Sales for Products with proven sales track record. The core responsibilities are technical consultancy, business development and sales development within the assigned products portfolio and industry vertical for Low Voltage Motor.
- This salesperson will be responsible for the customer & sales development, driving product specification to the EPCs, OEMs, System Integrators and End users, channel product & technical training, sales forecasting and other functions as outlined by the Head of Innomotics ASEAN Lead Bundle & Regional Director.
- This individual will work closely with the Head of ASEAN Lead Bundle & Regional Director. He will also need to work closely with cross division in driving the new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for order acquisition for Low Voltage Motors (Through Channel Partners) in the territory based on given targets.
- Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to bridge the gap.
- Regularly visit OEMs, Contractors and End-users to collect requirements of Low Voltage Motors.
- Work together with OEMs,



Contractors and End-users to understand the Requirement and technical specifications.
- Develop optimized selection based on Innomotics products and solutions.
- Explore opportunities for upcoming Projects and OEMs conversion in assigned territory.
- Keep oneself updated with latest trends in the market
- Keep oneself updated with the latest products and solutions from Innomotics and push these offerings to customers
- Technical Presentation & Demo to Customers and Channel Partners.
- Account management of Top Retention and Conversion Customers

Requirements

- BE/B Tech/ in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics and Communication
- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and Marketing of Motors/ electrical capital goods in various customer categories like OEMs, End Users, Contractors, EPCs etc
- Self-Driven with Growth Mindset
- Business result orientation and focus on achievement of given targets.
- Must be a valuable team player.
- Good communication and Presentation Skills.
