Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer / Support Lead with strong experience in BFSI technical support and Apache Ant. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, application support, build/deployment activities, incident resolution and coordination with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical/application support for BFSI applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Handle Apache Ant build automation and deployment activities.
- Coordinate with development and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain support documentation and RCA.
- Mentor junior support engineers and participate in on-call support.
