BOLD Platform services team design, creates, manage and maintains the highly scalable and distributed services for the wider use of web and mobile product applications/portals/websites. The current list of services is based on Microservices architecture whose domain ranges from visitor tracking, User profiles, authentication, content and payments.

Platform team uses state of the art modern technologies like .Net framework, Python, Java, SQL Server, My SQL, Graph DB, SOLR, and a lot of other tools technologies serving millions of users with hundreds of million transactions everyday through a scalable and fault tolerant architecture.

Job Description WHAT YOU LL DO
- Bidding Pricing Engine Strategy: Define the product vision and roadmap for a web-scale pricing and real-time bidding engine, translating AdTech/programmatic monetization principles to job inventory.
Partner with North American product leadership and senior engineering architecture to build scalable, end-to-end programmatic job distribution platforms.
- ML, Search Relevance: Work with Data Science to build job-valuation ML models, optimize job matching algorithms, and improve search relevance, recommendations, and conversion rates.
- Data Quality Pipeline Health: Measure, audit, and improve job inventory quality and coverage across internal systems (e.g., BOLD) and vendor feeds, identifying gaps in data pipelines.
Partner with internal teams to build analytics and reporting dashboards for executive leadership (Product, Analytics, Office of the CEO). WHAT YOU LL NEED 6+ years of total experience, including 2-5 years in the jobs domain (job matching, search, and recommendations).




- Technical Program Delivery: Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering squads, assessing tech stack effort/complexity, and architecting web-scale platform solutions using up-to-date or open-source tools.
- Analytical Data Skills: Strong quantitative ability to partner with Data Science on ML models, leverage data to back recommendations, and handle competing priorities. 3-5 years of experience with analytics tools and data science models.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a history of engaging, influencing, and aligning senior executives.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

3-5 years of experience with analytics tools and data science models Exposure to any backend technology like .Net or Java etc. Experience with MS Azure and/or other cloud platforms Exposure to distributed computing, micro services architecture
- History of evaluating the relevance of search results and driving improvements with engineering and/or Data Science.
