Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from international travel customers
- Assist with flight, hotel, and travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and on time
- Share accurate information on fares, itineraries, policies, and services
- Keep customer satisfaction high on every interaction
- Record call details and update customer records in the system
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards




- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or undergraduate
- 6 Months to 1 year of experience in an international call center (minimum 6 Months mandatory)
- Experience in a travel, hotel and airlines process is preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable with night and rotational shifts
- Valuable listening skills and a customer-first attitude
- Able to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
