Z-Tech (India) Limited is a listed company that builds and operates sustainable, art-based parks under the Zyng Parks brand. Our parks welcomed 20 lakh visitors last year across 8 locations, with 75 lakh visitors planned next year across 25 locations. Adventure and activities are a core driver of footfall, dwell time and repeat visits, and one of our largest growth levers.

About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head Adventure & Activities to build and lead the adventure, recreation and activity portfolio across our Creative Parks. The role will focus on creating high-energy, secure and commercially successful experiences that drive footfall, engagement and repeat visits.

This is a hands-on builder role. You will set the activities strategy and also do the work yourself: select and commission the first activities, negotiate with the first operators and equipment suppliers, write the first safety SOPs, run the floor on launch weekends and hire the team around you. It suits someone who has run activity operations on the ground and a P&L;, and who is energised by building from a blank page.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the strategy, P&L; and growth of the Adventure & Activities business across parks.
- Conceptualise and launch new adventure, recreational and experiential activities for families, children, youth and corporate groups.
- Develop a differentiated activity mix including adventure, sports, games, challenges, wellness and immersive experiences.
- Identify and evaluate new activities based on consumer trends, park demographics, safety, feasibility and commercial potential.
- Personally lead the launch of the first activities: site planning, equipment sourcing, installation, safety checks, staff training and on-ground operations through launch weekends.
- Build partnerships with activity operators, adventure brands, sports academies, equipment providers and experience creators.
- Drive revenue, utilisation, customer participation and repeat engagement across activities.
- Establish and maintain robust safety standards, SOPs,



risk-management protocols and compliance systems.
- Ensure every activity has the required statutory approvals, insurance cover, equipment inspection and incident-reporting in place, including partner-operated ones.
- Design activities that reflect the parks' sustainability and art-led identity.
- Work closely with Park Operations, Marketing, Revenue and Events teams to create seasonal programmes, competitions and special experiences.
- Develop pricing, packages, memberships and corporate/school/group offerings to maximise utilisation.
- Lead vendor selection, commercial negotiations, activity setup and operational readiness.
- Recruit the founding hires yourself, then build and manage a strong team of activity professionals and operators across the park network.
- Continuously refresh the activity portfolio to ensure “something new is always happening” across the parks.

What Success Looks Like in the First 12 to 18 Months

- Launch a refreshed activity portfolio across all parks.
- Grow activity revenue per visitor and the share of visitors who take part in activities.
- Improve activity utilisation, with school, corporate and group packages live.
- Sign operator and equipment partnerships on terms that meet target margins.
- Hire and embed the core activities team, with safety SOPs live in every park.

Ideal Candidate

- 10+ years of experience in adventure, leisure, sports, recreation, experiential entertainment, hospitality or activity-led businesses.
- Proven experience in building and managing multiple activities/experiences across locations.
- Strong understanding of activity operations, safety, customer experience and unit economics.




- Experience in partnerships, vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- Strong entrepreneurial and creative mindset with the ability to conceptualise and scale new experiences.
- Strong P&L;, team management and execution capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, multi-city and hands-on environment.
- Hands-on operator who has personally launched and run activities on the ground, and is comfortable on the floor during peak weekends and holidays.
- Zero-to-one experience: has built at least one activity, attraction or leisure format from scratch to a profitable, multi-location operation.
- Motivated by long-term value creation and comfortable with a meaningful equity-linked component in total compensation.

Compensation & Benefits

We want the person who builds this business to share in the value it creates. The package combines market-competitive fixed pay, an annual bonus tied to Adventure & Activities and overall park performance, and a meaningful long-term, equity-linked incentive.

- Fixed compensation: competitive and commensurate with experience, benchmarked to senior leisure and attractions leadership roles.
- Annual performance bonus: linked to Adventure & Activities revenue and profitability (EBITDA) targets for the business you own, with a portion linked to overall Zyng Parks performance, agreed at the start of each year.
- Long-term incentive plan (LTIP): eligibility for equity-linked awards in Z-Tech (India) Limited, a listed company, through Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs) and/or Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The mix and quantum will be agreed at offer stage.
- Aligned upside: the value of these awards is linked to Z-Tech's share price, so your reward grows as the Adventure & Activities business and the company grow.
