Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Analyst with strong US Healthcare RCM experience to monitor day-to-day billing operations, perform quality audits, identify process gaps, and prepare regular performance and quality reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with operations teams to ensure accuracy, productivity, and compliance with established processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and review day-to-day billing operations and workflow.
- Conduct regular quality audits of billing activities and identify errors or process gaps.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly quality and operational reports.
- Track productivity, accuracy, pending work, denials, rejections, and other key billing KPIs.
- Identify recurring errors and provide actionable feedback to the operations team.
- Coordinate with Team Leads and Managers to resolve quality and process-related issues.
- Ensure that billing activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Review work against SOPs, client requirements,



and quality standards.
- Maintain audit records and documentation for management review.
- Escalate critical issues and recurring quality concerns to the appropriate management team.
- Support process improvement initiatives and help reduce errors and operational inefficiencies.
- Conduct trend analysis and provide recommendations based on audit findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience in US Healthcare Billing / RCM / KPO.
- Solid understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
- Experience in quality auditing, billing operations, and reporting.
- Good knowledge of claims, denials, rejections, AR, payment posting, and billing workflows.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily reporting deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience working with US healthcare clients.
- Experience handling operational dashboards and KPI reports.
- Knowledge of billing software/EMR systems.
- Experience in a KPO, RCM, or healthcare outsourcing environment.
