Description

Weare seeking a skilled ABB 800xA Project Engineer to support Industrial Automation and Process Control projects. The candidate will be responsible for ABB 800xA application development, HMI engineering, testing, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify ABB 800xA application logic and control strategies.

- Create, modify, and maintain HMI displays and graphics.

- Perform internal testing, integrated testing, and validation of DCS applications.

- Prepare project documentation and engineering deliverables.

- Support project engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with ABB standards, quality processes, and cybersecurity requirements.

- Coordinate with project stakeholders and support timely project execution.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with ABB 800xA System.

- Strong knowledge of Control Builder.

- Experience in DCS Application Logic Development.

- HMI Display Development and Configuration.

- Understanding of Industrial Automation and Process Control Systems.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Office tools.

Educational Qualification

- BE/B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation,



or related disciplines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Process Automation projects.

- Exposure to ABB S+ Operations / HMI.

- Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

Work Location

Bangalore (ABB Premises / Project Location as required)

Notice Period

Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
