About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
5. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
6. Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.

Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, management, or any other HR-related field.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
