About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call customers and speak with them about our products.
2. Explain products according to the customer's needs.
3. Maintain and update customer contact details and records.
4. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
5. Forward customer queries to the concerned team when required.
6. Make calls to new customers and handle incoming customer queries.
7. Follow up with interested customers and help convert leads into sales.
8. Handle customer questions and complaints politely and provide proper solutions.
