Key responsibilities:

Handle customer and supplier calls and follow-ups.

Take order updates and maintain order records.

Manage staff and monitor daily work completion.

Check dispatch updates and ensure timely order processing.

Track pending tasks and follow up with the concerned staff.

Prepare daily reports of completed and pending work.

Keep management updated on all key activities.
