Role Overview:

The SAP Process Owner (O2C) is an in-house leader answerable for end-to-end
commercial and fulfilment outcomes across e-commerce, retail, marketplace, and
customer experience channels. They bridge business strategy with technical
execution across SAP SD, pricing engines, and CPI channel integrations, ensuring
standard-first architecture and preventing unmanaged custom ABAP developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outcome Ownership: Own business deliverables across the O2C stream, taking
direct accountability for cross-channel sales execution and customer
satisfaction.
• Requirement & Design Authority: Convert business requests into structured
requirement documents and serve as the design review gatekeeper before
development begins.
• Omnichannel Integration: Maintain smooth data flows between front-end
channels (retail, web, marketplaces) and core SAP ERP via CPI.
• Vendor Governance & Quality: Screen vendor SD/CPI consultants and enforce
solution standards across change requests and enhancements.

Technical & Functional Expertise Required:

• SAP SD Core: Customer Master / Business Partner maintenance, SKU Master,




end-to-end Sales & Billing cycle (Quotes, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing,
Invoicing).
• Pricing & Credit Management: Complex pricing procedure determination,
condition techniques, promotions, discounts, agile credit check
configurations, and customer credit limits.
• Omnichannel & Retail Integration: Retail POS integrations, marketplace
ordering flows, consignment processes, and return handling.
• Integration & Middleware: Tax engine integration (e.g., GST/e-Invoicing), SAP
CPI flow interfaces for digital channels, and core SD-FI/SD-MM integration
points (automatic revenue determination, STOs).

Eligibility & Prerequisites: Work Experience: 4+ years of hands-on SAP functional consulting
experience. Prior experience in Big Four or Tier-1 IT/Management Consulting
(e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture) is strongly preferred

Educational Background: MBA, Post-Graduate, or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Business Management or Supply chain, from recognized
institutions preferred
