Roles and Responsibilities

- Daily Calling & Lead Follow-up
- Make a minimum of 50 calls daily to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads to generate business opportunities and schedule site visits.
- Sales & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with the site engineering team regarding flat readiness, pending work, and client requirements.
- Track the progress of pending work and ensure timely updates to clients.
- Flat Handover Management
- Coordinate the flat handover process with clients and internal departments.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, formalities, and handover procedures are completed smoothly.
- Client Query Resolution
- Address client queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on pending matters.
- Build positive client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM.




- Submit daily activity reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily targets.
- Preferred Experience

Experience in real estate sales, customer relationship management, client servicing, or property handover coordination would be an advantage.
