We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Service Attendants to join our team. We welcome both experienced hospitality professionals and fresh interns who are passionate about building a career in the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with resort service standards.
- Set up, clean, and maintain restaurant, banquet, and event areas.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with buffet setups, banquets, conferences, and special events.
- Process guest bills accurately and handle basic POS operations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and housekeeping teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements for Experienced Candidates

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.




- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Strong communication and guest handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.

For Interns / Freshers

- Pursuing or completed a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, customer-focused, and professional in appearance.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent guest service orientation.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant etiquette and service procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional grooming and presentation standards.
