The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will take full operational ownership of Bykology’s central fulfillment center, stock inventory, and multi-channel distribution network. This individual ensures that premium parts (including custom exhausts, electrical setups, fairings, and precision performance components) are safely stored, meticulously cataloged, and seamlessly delivered to direct-to-consumer (D2C) retail buyers and B2B dealer networks across India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment Management

- Direct all daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring productive receiving, processing, picking, packing, and dispatch scheduling.
- Implement strategic layout planning to maximize storage capacity for distinct material categories (e.g., separating heavy steel exhausts from lightweight molded ABS fairings and sensitive electronics).
- Establish strict Quality Assurance (QA) checkpoints at fulfillment stations to ensure premium parts are structurally perfect and scratch-free before protective bubble wrapping and boxing.

2. Inventory Control & WMS Management

- Own end-to-end stock visibility by maintaining and updating the digital Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP platforms.
- Enforce structured stock control systems (FIFO/FEFO where applicable) and organize recurring cycle counts to minimize inventory shrinkage and data discrepancies.





3. Leadership & Compliance

- Lead, mentor, and track performance targets for a dedicated team of warehouse associates, packing staff, and inventory controllers.
- Uphold pristine warehouse health, safety, and security standards in total alignment with local industrial safety protocols.

Requirements & Key Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, mechanical engineering or a closely related operations field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven leadership experience in warehouse operations, ideally handling premium consumer products, high-value electronics, or automotive parts.
- Technical Skillset: High-level mastery of digital inventory tracking software, automated shipping systems (like Shiprocket or similar 3PL dashboards), and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Industry Knowledge: Robust familiarity with handling custom-molded items, fragile electronic systems, or powder-coated steel kits where improper storage leads to paint chips, structural bending, or component failure.
- Core Soft Skills: Superior organizational, troubleshooting, and lateral negotiation skills to handle logistical blockages during peak shipping seasons.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
