Job Description: Head of Operations – FinTech / BFSI

Experience: 7–10 years preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and scale end-to-end operations across our FinTech/BFSI business. The candidate will be responsible for operational excellence, process optimization, regulatory compliance, risk management, and customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely service delivery.
- Streamline processes, implement SOPs, and drive automation and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal controls.
- Manage operational risks, audits, reconciliations, escalations, and service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Business teams to support growth.
- Monitor operational KPIs, MIS, productivity, costs, and turnaround times.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams.
- Manage external partners, vendors,



banks, and financial institutions, as applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 12–18 years of experience in FinTech, BFSI, banking, NBFC, digital lending, or payments operations.
- Proven experience in team leadership, process improvement, operational controls, and business scaling.
- Robust knowledge of financial services processes, regulatory requirements, MIS, and automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
