Job Description: Field Executive – Diagnostic Laboratory
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples, biopsy specimens, and other laboratory samples from associated laboratories.
- Ensure the safe transportation, proper handling, and timely delivery of specimens to the laboratory.
- Ensure the timely delivery of diagnostic reports to clients and customers.
- Report any discrepancies, issues, or ambiguities to the reporting manager promptly.
- Monitor client receivables and follow up on outstanding or unpaid payments.
- Deposit daily cash collections with the Accounts Department and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff and clients to ensure smooth sample collection, dispatch, and report delivery.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of sample transportation and handling procedures.
- Basic understanding of cash handling and payment follow-ups.
- Responsible, punctual, and organized approach to work.
