The Civil Manager will lead all civil and structural engineering activities for plant construction,

ensuring proper site development, structural integrity, and compliance with engineering

standards.

Key Responsibilities

Civil Design & Planning

● Prepare civil plans, layouts, and structural drawings.

● Develop site grading and plant layout plans.

● Review RCC and structural steel designs.

Construction Management

● Supervise civil construction activities including:

○ Earthwork and excavation

○ Piling and foundation works

○ Backfilling and compaction

Structural Engineering

● Perform foundation design calculations.

● Finalize foundation types based on soil investigation results.

Site Development

● Ensure proper site leveling, grading, and compaction.

● Develop drainage, stormwater, and underground network systems.

Material Quality Control





● Ensure quality testing of construction materials such as concrete, steel, and soil.

Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination

● Manage civil contractors and ensure contract compliance.

● Coordinate with engineering teams and project stakeholders.

Compliance & Safety

● Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations during construction.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
