Alkemy EdTech is a DPIIT-recognised edtech company in Hyderabad, running live, cohort-based programmes in AI, digital marketing and data analytics for students, graduates and working professionals.

Alkemy LaunchPad is our graduate hiring programme. Selected candidates join as a batch, complete paid training on our own learning platform, and are deployed as Business Development Associates. No prior work experience is required.

Eligibility criteria

- Any graduate or postgraduate degree (BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, BE, MBA, M.Com)
- Year of passing: 2025 or 2026
- Minimum 50% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th and graduation
- No active backlogs at the time of joining
- 2026 graduates must complete final exams before joining

Roles and responsibilities

- Speak with students, graduates and working professionals to understand their career goals
- Counsel learners and recommend the right Alkemy programme
- Guide interested learners through demos, fee details and enrolment
- Follow up consistently with every lead until a decision is made
- Log every conversation and outcome accurately in the CRM
- Meet daily activity and monthly enrolment goals
- Support Alkemy at campus events, webinars and workshops

Training and deployment

- Foundation training: business communication, customer conversations,



workplace tools and AI skills
- Business development training: counselling, consultative selling, follow-ups and CRM, with certification
- On-the-job probation with a mentor and weekly feedback
- Confirmation as Business Development Associate on clearing all assessments and probation

Desired skills

- Excellent spoken English and Hindi
- Confidence speaking with people on calls and in person
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort with AI tools
- A positive attitude, discipline and willingness to learn
