Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM (UK Shift)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented UK Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter with 1–2 years of recruitment experience to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interview coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.




- Work towards recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment; UK recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in the UK shift (12:30 PM – 10:00 PM).
- Willingness to work from the office in Ahmedabad.
