Aquinel is a marketing agency for MSPs and IT services companies. We help them get found and recommended on Google and in AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. We are a small team (2-9 people) based in Chennai, working with clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and India.
The role
You will support our SEO and AI-search work on real client and in-house projects. You will learn how rankings and AI recommendations actually work, and you will do hands-on tasks from week one.
What you will do
- Research keywords and the questions MSP buyers ask, then group them by intent
- Run weekly checks on prompts in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, and log which brands get named
- Track rankings, impressions and clicks in Google Search Console and GA4
- Audit pages for titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and indexing issues
- Build and update directory listings, profiles and citations
- Find link and guest-post opportunities and help with outreach
- Write and edit blog drafts,
then check them against our sourcing and style rules
- Keep clean sheets and a weekly summary of what changed
What we are looking for
- Studying or recently graduated, in any field
- Valuable written English
- Curious and careful with details and numbers
- Comfortable with Google Sheets
- Already using ChatGPT or similar tools daily
Nice to have (not required)
- Basic SEO knowledge, or a personal site or blog you have tried to rank
- Familiarity with Search Console, GA4, Semrush or Ahrefs
