Job Description – Technical Documentation Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to prepare, maintain, and manage technical documents related to solar projects. The candidate will coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of project records.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain technical documents for solar projects.
- Handle project reports, technical drawings, specifications, and equipment datasheets.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs, project files, checklists, and completion reports.
- Coordinate with project engineers to collect technical information.
- Maintain documentation for project approvals, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure documents are accurate, properly formatted, and submitted on time.




- Maintain digital and physical records.
- Assist in preparing operation and maintenance manuals and project handover documents.
- Track document revisions and maintain updated records.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Candidates with an Electrical or Physics background are preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and solar project documentation will be an advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
