Berkeley Hyundai, Panchkula is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Used Car Sales Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers visiting the used car showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.
- Arrange and assist customers with vehicle test drives.
- Handle online and showroom enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Assist customers with exchange, finance, insurance, and other related requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Stay updated about available used cars, pricing, offers,



and market trends.

Candidate Requirements

- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in automobile, used car, showroom, retail, banking, insurance, or other sales roles will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and grow in automobile sales.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
