Awaken Labs is looking for passionate and dedicated **3D Animators who work with Blender** to join our growing creative team.

We’re not just looking for experienced artists — we’re looking for people who are willing to learn, improve, follow direction, and consistently deliver high-quality animations.

**Don't worry if you haven't mastered our animation style yet.** We will provide the necessary guidance, references, and training to help you understand and replicate our specific style.

What You'll Do

- Create 3D animations using Blender.

- Follow provided scripts, storyboards, references, and animation instructions.

- Learn and replicate Awaken Labs' specific animation style.

- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently.

- Maintain consistency in character movements, timing, camera angles, and overall animation quality.

- Meet assigned deadlines and collaborate with the production team.

- Keep project files organized and follow our workflow.

Mandatory Requirements

- **Blender knowledge is compulsory.** You must understand the basic animation workflow.

- A basic understanding of keyframes, timelines, and the Graph Editor.

- Familiarity with 3D characters, rigging, and character animation workflows.

- A willingness to learn our style and follow instructions precisely.

- Good attention to detail and consistency.

- Ability to accept constructive criticism and implement revisions without unnecessary delays.

- Reliable communication and a professional attitude.

- A decent PC capable of handling Blender projects and rendering.

- Commitment to deadlines and assigned deliverables.





Bonus Skills

- Experience with Roblox-style or stylized character animation.

- Experience with camera animation, cinematic shots, and scene composition.

- Familiarity with rendering optimization and basic video editing.

Training & Onboarding

At Awaken Labs, we will guide selected animators through our animation style, workflow, references, and quality standards.

You don't need to know our exact style before joining. However, **you must be willing to learn, practice, and demonstrate improvement based on feedback.**

Selected candidates may be asked to complete a short test animation to assess their skills, learning ability, and attention to detail after the assignments.
