We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – People Excellence to lead talent acquisition, employee experience, and staff relations across all myG locations. The role involves managing recruitment operations, driving HR initiatives, and leading regional People Excellence teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for Head Office, and Regional Offices.
- Manage senior-level recruitment and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies and workforce requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, experience, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and support store managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate between store teams, Regional Business Managers, Business Development Managers, and Head Office.
- Implement People & Culture initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead, mentor,
and monitor the performance of regional Senior Executives and their teams.
Required Skills

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with relevant HR experience in retail or multi-location organizations, strong recruitment expertise, and team management experience are preferred.
