Responsibilities

- Parent Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule virtual parent-teacher meetings, facilitating communication and collaboration between parents and instructors.
- Student Progress Tracking: Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate records of achievements, assessments, and areas for improvement.
- Class Scheduling and Rescheduling: Efficiently manage the scheduling and rescheduling of online classes, considering student availability and instructor preferences.

Requirements

- Communication Skills: Ability to write clearly and professionally, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Personality: Warm and approachable, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and instructors.
- Independence: Ability to work well with limited supervision.
- Experience: Previous experience in operations, scheduling, or similar roles is preferred, particularly in homework management and parent communication.
- Organization and Attention to Detail:



Solid organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Training and Work Timings

- Training Period: The first month will be a training period, during which the working hours will be 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
- Post-Training Schedule: After completing the training, employees will be required to follow the US shift timings and work from home (WFH):
- 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Candidates must be comfortable with both schedules and maintain consistent availability during the specified working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
