Shivyatan Group is seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Civil to lead the execution of its prestigious high-rise residential project, Kashi Nirmal Heights, Varanasi. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in high-rise apartment construction, including a minimum of 6–7 years of hands-on experience in MIVAN aluminium formwork technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the complete civil construction activities of high-rise residential towers, ensuring timely execution and adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, manpower deployment, material procurement, equipment utilization, and construction budgets.
- Demonstrate solid technical expertise in MIVAN shuttering, reinforcement, concrete pouring, structural execution, and cycle-time optimization.
- Coordinate with architects,



structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and project management consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality control procedures, and applicable building codes and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, resolve site-level challenges, and implement corrective measures to meet project milestones.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, optimize resource utilization, and maintain effective cost-control mechanisms.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, review project performance, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
