- Manage day-to-day CNC production activities and achieve production targets.
- Handle CNC Turning / VMC machines and ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, productivity and rejection.
- Ensure production as per quality standards, drawings and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Tool Room departments.
- Monitor machine breakdowns, tooling and process-related issues.
- Ensure 5S, safety and discipline on the shop floor.
- Prepare and monitor production reports, rejection and downtime data.
- Lead and guide operators, setters and production team.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
