Maloo Finance is a Nagpur-based lending company. We're now launching a new digital lending product — instant small loans, applied for and approved fully online.
We're hiring ONE intern to work directly with the founder from day one of this launch. This is not a "make photocopies" internship. You'll be in the room for real decisions and own real work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research how India's top instant-loan apps work — go through their apps step by step and map what they do well and badly
- Coordinate with our technology and data partners — schedule demos, collect pricing, build comparison sheets
- Track our launch checklist and make sure nothing slips
- Talk to our first customers — onboard them, call people who drop off, and find out why
- Write simple step-by-step processes (SOPs) for how our team will run daily operations
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- BBA / BCom / MBaS graduate (2024–2026) or final-year student, based in Nagpur
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
- Clear communicator in Hindi, Marathi and English
- Curious — you download an app and want to know how it works
- Driven — you finish what you start without being chased
- Finance or fintech interest is a plus, not a must.
