Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Account Manager to take charge of our Amazon Seller Central account. This is not a data entry role. We need a strategist who understands the “Amazon Algorithm” inside and out. You will be responsible for everything from technical SEO and inventory planning to scaling revenue through aggressive PPC management and protecting our brand health.

Core Responsibilities

- Account Health & Compliance: Maintain 100% account health. Proactively resolve policy violations, manage the Account Health Rating (AHR), and handle all Seller Support cases and reimbursement claims.
- Listing Excellence: Build and optimize listings with high-converting SEO titles, backend keywords, and compelling A+ Content (EBC). Manage the brand store and ensure mobile-first optimization.
- PPC & Advertising Mastery: Design, execute, and audit Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display). Hit specific ACOS and ROAS targets while scaling spend.
- Inventory & FBA Management: Manage the end-to-end FBA process, including communicating with manufacturers to place new orders, shipment creation, labeling, and inventory forecasting to prevent stock-outs and excessive storage fees.
- Strategic Growth: Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis and keyword research to identify “gap” opportunities for recent product launches or category expansion.
- Review Management: Implement legal strategies to build product reviews and maintain a high star rating across the catalog.

Required Technical Skills

- Tool Expertise: Mastery of Amazon Seller Central is mandatory. Proficiency in third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Brand Analytics) is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel & Sheet Management: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)



to analyze business reports and payment settlements. Build and manage custom sheets to track SKU-level profitability, advertising spend, and inventory aging. Create efficient, easy-to-read dashboards that summarize business health and reduce manual data entry.
- Catalog Troubleshooting: Experience fixing stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and category browse node issues.

Required AI Skills

- Advanced Prompt Engineering: Ability to craft detailed prompts to get high-quality, actionable outputs from Gemini.
- Workflow Automation: Knowledge of how to use Gemini to summarize long reports or “decode” complex Amazon Terms of Service updates.
- Problem Resolution: Using AI as a consultant to research and solve obscure Seller Central technical errors.
- AI MCP Integration & API-Based Ads Management: Knowledge of integrating AI tools with Amazon data through MCP (Model Context Protocol), and of managing and optimizing advertising using the Amazon Ads API and Selling Partner API (SP-API). This includes pulling search term, campaign, and sales reports, automating bid and negative keyword updates, and building AI-assisted reporting workflows.

What Makes You a Fit

- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated Amazon Seller Central management experience (minimum 1+ year considered).

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
