Job Description

TN Academy® – Government Job Coaching Institute is hiring an SEO and Digital Content Executive to manage website optimisation, organic search visibility, local SEO, Google Business Profile and social media publishing.

Work Responsibilities

1. Publish and optimise daily SEO blogs and website content using approved briefs and proper fact-checking.

2. Manage on-page SEO, keyword research, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings and image ALT text.

3. Build relevant internal links and pursue quality external backlinks and local business listings.

4. Improve Google Business Profile through accurate information, genuine campus photographs, posts and service updates.

5. Monitor Google reviews and ratings and respond professionally according to platform policies.

6. Update website landing pages, course information, faculty profiles, FAQs and internal links.

7. Upload approved videos, thumbnails,



photographs and updates to YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

8. Manage YouTube titles, descriptions, playlists and community posts.

9. Research relevant Facebook and Telegram education groups and obtain admin permission before promotional posting.

10. Monitor Google Search Console and GA4 for organic traffic, indexing, search queries and website performance.

11. Coordinate with the Google Ads Executive to improve course pages and enquiry conversion.

12. Submit daily work evidence and weekly reports covering published blogs, website updates, SEO tasks and organic enquiries.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of practical SEO experience.

- WordPress or another website CMS.

- Google Business Profile and local SEO.

- Google Search Console and GA4.

- Internal linking, backlink research and content optimisation.

- Hindi and English writing, proofreading and basic image editing.

- YouTube, Instagram and Facebook publishing.
