Rotational shifts between 6 AM and 12 AM

Payment Structure: 100% Variable Pay

- Upsell Order: ₹50/order
- Post-Sale: ₹2.50/call
- Abandoned Order: ₹10/order
- SCW Order: ₹10/order
- Verification Call: ₹1/call
- NDR Call: ₹1.40/call
- Inbound Orders: Telugu ₹7/order | Kannada ₹12/order

No fixed salary. Earnings depend on performance and eligible calls/orders handled.
