About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Audio Visual (AV) segment. If you have a passion for sales and experience in AV solutions, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the AV industry
- Drive sales for AV solutions (Audio, Video, Conferencing, Automation, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with presales & technical teams for solutioning




- Prepare proposals, commercials, and client presentations
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in AV
- Strong understanding of AV solutions & market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
