Job Description – Sales Executive
Location: Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra
Number of Openings: 10
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of experience in any sales profile
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Qualification: Any Graduate

About the Role

Chavan Group is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales Executives to promote its Fire Fighting System Installation Services and Mechanical Parking System Installation Services.

The role involves field sales, lead generation, client meetings, business development, and relationship management. Freshers with solid communication skills and an interest in B2B field sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Meet builders, hospitals, architects, consultants, contractors, and other potential B2B clients.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products and installation services.
- Coordinate with the technical team to recommend suitable solutions for client projects.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercial terms,



and close sales.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Skills & Competencies

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Interest in field sales, B2B sales, and business development.
- Basic understanding of cold calling, lead generation, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Good presentation, convincing, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, field visits, and project site visits.

Technical Knowledge

Knowledge of fire safety systems, mechanical parking solutions, basic drawing interpretation, and applicable fire safety standards will be an added advantage. Technical knowledge is not mandatory for freshers.
