Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings for PEB projects.
- Develop foundation layouts, anchor bolt plans, column locations, and foundation details.
- Prepare general arrangement (GA) drawings, sections, elevations, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate civil drawings with PEB structural drawings and architectural layouts.
- Prepare drawings for foundations, plinth beams, floor slabs, and other civil components.
- Revise drawings based on engineering comments and site requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, relevant standards, and approved designs.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, design engineers, project teams, and site personnel.
- Prepare as-built drawings and maintain drawing records and revisions.




- Assist in resolving drawing-related technical issues during project execution.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other drafting software is an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of PEB structures and civil foundation detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of anchor bolt layouts, foundation plans, sections, and reinforcement detailing.
- Positive attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple drawing assignments.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
