Job Summary

Responsible for accurately picking, checking, arranging, and issuing spare parts as per job cards, parts requisitions, and workshop requirements. The role ensures timely availability of the correct parts for technicians and maintains proper warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick spare parts as per job cards, parts requisitions, and workshop requirements.
- Verify part number, description, quantity, and vehicle application before issuing parts.
- Coordinate with Spare Parts Executive, Service Advisors, and Technicians.
- Arrange and store spare parts systematically in designated locations.
- Maintain proper bin locations and warehouse organization.
- Check parts for damage, quantity, and accuracy before issuing.
- Update and maintain parts issue/receipt records.
- Support stock counting and periodic physical inventory verification.
- Report shortages, excess stock, damaged parts, and mismatches to the supervisor.
- Ensure fast and accurate parts supply to the workshop.
- Follow FIFO and proper storage practices wherever applicable.




- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the parts warehouse.
- Assist in receiving and unloading incoming spare parts.
- Support stock reconciliation and inventory control.
- Follow company procedures for parts handling, documentation, and safety.

Qualification

- 12th pass; ITI or relevant automobile qualification preferred.
- Experience in an automobile dealership, workshop, or spare parts warehouse is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
