Experience; 1+ year

Qualification: Diploma/degree in Civil engineering

Job Summary: The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves managing labour, coordinating materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
- Ensure proper installation.
- Monitor installation team to maintain work efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Communicate with project teams, engineers.
- Resolve on-site challenges and maintain work progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Solid leadership, communication,



and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
