Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and articulate Pre-Sales Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in architectural and interior design services. Your primary responsibility will be contacting inbound leads, understanding client requirements, explaining our core offerings, and scheduling meetings for our senior design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Qualification & Outreach:
- Connect with prospective clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to qualify incoming inquiries.
- Understand initial client requirements (project type, space area, budget, timeline, and design expectations).
- Consultation & Pitching:
- Introduce Innov Arch’s portfolio, architectural services, interior packages, and design process clearly to potential clients.
- Answer preliminary queries regarding project timelines, estimation procedures, and site visit schedules.
- Appointment Setting & Pipeline Management:
- Schedule in-office meetings, virtual consultations,



or site visits for Senior Architects and Interior Designers.
- Maintain and regularly update client details, call status, and follow-up notes in the company CRM/Excel.
- Follow-up & Nurturing:
- Consistently follow up with warm leads to encourage decision-making and maintain strong client engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified client leads.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Design preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, or client handling. (Freshers with excellent communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Key Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confident, persuasive, polite, and customer-centric mindset.
- Technical Basic: Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets, phone handling, and basic CRM software usage.
- Interest: A genuine interest in architecture, home interiors, and real estate development is a major plus.
