We are looking for a visionary, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team and lead spaces from initial concept through final installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Translate client briefs into creative visual concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and spatial layouts aligned with Brightleaf's design ethos.
- Space Planning & Technical Design: Develop precise architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and custom millwork/joinery details.
- 3D Visualization: Generate high-quality 3D renders and spatial walkthroughs to clearly present design intent to clients and project stakeholders.
- FF&E; & Material Sourcing: Select and source finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and textiles while tracking project budgets and lead times.
