The Opportunity

Are you someone who understands social media beyond posting pictures? Do you know how to build a brand, spot trends before they become mainstream, use AI to work smarter, and turn content into engagement and leads?

As our Social Media Manager, you will own the complete social media function end to end—from strategy and content planning to execution, audience engagement, analytics, and growth. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the digital voice of a growing legal and corporate services brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Social Media End to End: Take complete ownership of social media platforms, including strategy, planning, content execution, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Build a Strong Digital Brand: Develop creative strategies that increase brand awareness, audience trust, engagement, and business visibility.
- Create Content That Connects: Plan and execute engaging posts, carousels, reels, videos, stories, campaigns, and educational content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay Ahead of the Market: Keep track of industry developments, market trends, competitor activities, viral formats, and audience behavior to identify current content opportunities.
- Leverage AI Tools:



Use AI-powered tools for content ideation, research, caption writing, creative development, trend analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Simplify Complex Topics: Transform legal, financial, compliance, and corporate subjects into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
- Drive Engagement and Growth: Build an active online community, monitor conversations, respond professionally, and implement strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Develop monthly content calendars and execute campaigns aligned with business objectives and lead-generation goals.
- Track What Matters: Analyze reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and leads to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, video editors, content writers, and business teams to deliver high-quality content on time.
- Take Complete Ownership: Manage tasks independently, from high-level strategy to day-to-day execution, without depending on constant supervision.
- Protect Brand Credibility: Ensure content is accurate, professional, consistent with brand guidelines, and appropriately reviewed for legal and regulatory sensitivity.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to independently manage social media platforms from planning to execution and reporting.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, platform trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.




- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and other relevant content creation and productivity tools.
- Good understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Strong content planning, copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn analytics.
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful social media strategies.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

It’s a Plus If You Have

- Experience working with a legal firm, corporate consultancy, financial services company, or B2B brand.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Experience with reels, short-form videos, and video content strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid social media campaigns, and lead-generation techniques.
- Experience building a professional brand presence on LinkedIn.
